TruVoice is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals whose personal data, including voice, is processed through our voice analysis services for labor trust. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect information.
1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data is TruVoice. You can contact us at the address indicated in the footer of this website or at info@truvoicetest.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect contact data (name, email, phone, company) when you request a demo or contact us. In the context of our voice analysis services, we process voice recordings and the analysis results generated by our technology. Voice processing requires prior and informed consent from the data subject.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your contact data to manage demo requests, customer service and commercial communication. Voice recordings and analyses are processed exclusively to provide the contracted services (labor trust assessment, truth detection, industry analysis) in accordance with the instructions of our business clients.
4. Legal basis and consent
Contact data processing is based on your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries. Voice processing is biometric data and requires prior, express and informed consent from the data subject, in accordance with applicable regulations in each country (LGPD in Brazil, Law 1581 in Colombia, LFPDPPP in Mexico, Law 25.326 in Argentina, among others).
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share information only with providers necessary for service delivery (infrastructure, hosting), subject to confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect our legitimate rights.
6. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and legal requirements. Voice recordings are stored as agreed with the client and applicable regulations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing and object to the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights or file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, contact info@truvoicetest.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy periodically. The current version will be published on this page with the last update date. We recommend that you review it regularly.
