By accessing or using TruVoice services (voice analysis, voice verification and labor trust assessments), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read this information carefully.

1. Service description

TruVoice offers voice analysis solutions for labor trust aimed at businesses: insurance, banking, telecommunications, human resources and security. Services include voice verification, truth detection, integrity assessment and statement analysis, through proprietary technology (LVA™) and API.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the services in a lawful, ethical manner and in accordance with applicable regulations. You must not use TruVoice for discriminatory, illegal purposes or in ways that violate third-party rights. The business client is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from individuals whose voices are analyzed and for complying with local data protection legislation.

3. Intellectual property

TruVoice and all associated technology, trademarks, designs and content are the property of TruVoice or its licensors. No license or right to intellectual property is granted except for authorized use of the service in accordance with the applicable contract.

4. Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is". TruVoice does not guarantee specific results in trust or truthfulness assessments. The indicators generated are for decision support and do not replace human judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruVoice shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

5. Confidentiality

The parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged in the context of the business relationship, including customer data, recordings and analysis results, unless disclosure is required by law.

6. Modifications and termination

TruVoice may modify these terms or service conditions with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the corresponding contract.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in TruVoice's jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of such jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed.
